Using HappyCo on the web, including Live and Virtual Inspections, requires a modern browser. Recommended browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. There is no app installation required for Call Complete, which utilizes SMS and a mobile web browser.

We'll store your data for 90 days past your expiration date, and even if you decide to leave us permanently, you can either choose to download it on your own or work with our Pro Services team to export it for you.
