What is Happy Force?
Happy Force is an extension of your maintenance team: experienced remote technicians who handle work orders as they come in, help residents with simple fixes when possible, gather key details, and route the rest back to the onsite team with clear documentation
Who decides what counts as an “emergency”?
The customer does. Happy Force follows the property’s After Hours Emergency SOP that defines what is and is not an emergency, and technicians respond and escalate accordingly
What are the Happy Force packages, and what’s the difference between them?  

Happy Force comes in three service levels:

  • Lite: after-hours emergency call handling only.
  • Core: 24/7 ticket management plus after-hours emergency call handling.
  • Plus: full 24/7/365 coverage for both ticket management and emergency phone support.

There is also an optional add-on: Vendor Connect, which adds vendor coordination and can be paired with any tier.

Will Happy Force schedule repairs or promise appointment times to residents?  
No. Happy Force does not have access to onsite schedules or workload, and will not schedule or promise when site staff will arrive. The team documents the situation and passes it back with as much context as possible.
How do we know Happy Force is actively working a ticket?  

If the customer uses Tasks in HappyCo, the work order will be assigned to the user “Happy Force Technician.” If the customer is not a Tasks user, they will see an “HF IN PROGRESS” tag on the work order in the PMS.
